New Day Kids and Teens
New Day CrossFit’s Youth Training delivers a total body fitness program specifically designed for kids and teenages (ages 5 to 17).
We make fitness fun – no two workouts are the same so it’s never boring! Our workouts are scaleable for any individual at any fitness level. That means our program is inclusive, appealing to kids and teen of all levels of experience and maturity, and includes those with special needs. We take the time to get to know each child individually. Kids will feel welcome, included and supported in our classes.
