Coach Ryan Blank has been CrossFitting for four years and specializes in mechanics and movement. He’s passionate about making positive impact through education and fitness in his community. Ryan’s favorite part of coaching is sharing his exuberance for natural movement and work capacity.

Before CrossFit, Ryan had zero athletic experience, but he did play Carnegie Hall once. He found CrossFit when he decided to get in better shape. “KJ offered me the chance to intern, and the rest is history,” he says.

When Ryan isn’t the gym, he busy raising his 2-year-old daughter, reading, or playing games.
